Jaleter D. Daugherty-Williams is the Founder and Principal Consultant of JD Accounting Consulting LLC. As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with extensive experience in corporate accounting, government financial management, grant compliance, and nonprofit accounting, she helps organizations strengthen financial operations, maintain compliance, and make informed financial decisions.

Jaleter holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Accountancy with a concentration in Data Analytics from the University of Missouri. Throughout her career, she has supported corporate organizations, government-funded programs, nonprofit entities, and faith-based institutions through financial reporting, budgeting, fiscal monitoring, grant compliance, internal controls, and strategic financial management.

Her professional experience includes serving as a Lead Accountant and Fiscal Analyst, where she has managed complex financial reporting requirements, monitored grant-funded programs, reviewed expenditures for compliance, performed risk assessments, and supported organizations in maintaining strong financial stewardship.
